The SyncLink family of adapters are synchronous/asynchronous, full duplex, serial communications cards supporting HDLC, WAN, Frame Relay, SDLC, SNA, and BSC communications.  SyncLink adapters are available in PCI, PCI Express, and PCMCIA versions, as well as, MD1 Low-Profile form factors - ideal for rack mount solutions. The SyncLink GT PC/104+ adapter supports embedded applications.

SyncLink adapters connect to data communications equipment such as synchronous modems, CSU/DSUs, satellite and RF modems.  Common commercial and industrial applications include monitoring and controlling remote equipment.

 

Each port can be independently configured as V.35, RS-232, or RS-422/485 (RS-530, RS-449, X.21).

Industry standard software and MicroGate Serial API software development kits provide users access to remote computers, specialized equipment and data networks.
