The SyncLink family of adapters are synchronous/asynchronous, full duplex, serial communications cards supporting HDLC, WAN, Frame Relay, SDLC, SNA, and BSC communications. SyncLink adapters are available in single port, 4-port and PCMCIA versions, as well as, MD1 Low-Profile form factors - ideal for rack mount solutions. The SyncLink GT PC/104+ adapter supports embedded applications.
SyncLink adapters cable directly to data communications equipment such as synchronous modems, digital service CSU/DSUs, and satellite and RF modems through their serial interface ports. Common commercial and industrial connections also include monitoring equipment and long-distance communications devices and printers. 
Each port can be independently configured as V.35, RS-232, or RS-422/485 (RS-530, RS-449, X.21). .
Industry standard software and MicroGate API software development kits provide users access to remote computers, specialized equipment and data networks.
