Limited Hardware Warranty

MicroGate warrants this hardware product to be in good working order for a period of one year from the date of purchase by Buyer from MicroGate or an authorized MicroGate  reseller. Should the product fail to be in good working order at any time during the warranty period, MicroGate will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no additional charge except as set forth below. Repair parts or replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and  will  be  either reconditioned or new at the discretion  of  MicroGate.  Repaired  or replacement units shall  be  warranted  for  the remainder warranty period. This limited  warranty does  not  include service to repair damage to the product  resulting  from accident,  disaster, misuse, abuse, or modifications which  have  not  been made or authorized by MicroGate.

Beyond  the  warranty period, MicroGate will repair or  replace defective  hardware products for a fixed price if defects are  not  due  to accident,  disaster, abuse, misuse, or modifications which  have  not  been made or authorized by MicroGate.

If   this   product  should  require  service,  obtain  a  Return  Material Authorization  (RMA)  number  from MicroGate and  return  the product  in its original shipping carton (or equivalent shipping  container with  the  board protected by one inch non-static padding) to  the  address below, shipping prepaid, along with proof of purchase, a return address,  a telephone contact, and an explanation of the suspected defect. You agree to insure  the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit.  C.O.D returns are not accepted.

MICROGATE'S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED  TO THE  REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND MICROGATE SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING  LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF  ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OR POSSESSION OF THIS PRODUCT.

THIS  WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
