Diagnostics

If the WAN software encounters an error, a message is placed in the System Log with a source name of MGWNET. The message gives information regarding the problem encountered. The System Log can be viewed using the Event Viewer application in Administrative Tools.

The hardware can be tested by temporarily disabling the virtual adapter and running the hardware adapter diagnostics.
